Welcome to my coaching practice! I’m grateful that you decided to visit my platform. I am a coach with over 10 years of professional experience in the field of sport and performance psychology.
My mission is to support athletes in embracing their process to elevate their performance, wellbeing and enjoyment. I create a safe space for athletes to explore their performance experiences with greater courage and compassion. My work is rooted in the belief that when we care for athletes as people first, performance outcomes follow.

I started both/and coaching to make sport psychology education and skills development more accessible to a wider, diverse sport community. My vision is to make sport more development-focused and joy-filled and instead of win-at-all-costs.

I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for athletes to show up authentically. Through sessions, we embrace your identities and strengths, celebrate your successes, and work through challenges. I serve athletes of all sports, abilities, ages, backgrounds, and identities. Accessibility matters to me, so reach out if cost is a barrier.

Practical skills to help you own your process
I support athletes in changing their relationship to success, failure, and stress in ways that serve them and their performance journey. Sport psychology strategies and skills that support this relational shift are evidence-based, and introduced in digestible, bite-size ways to help you discover what works best for you and build your capacity.

I view our work together as a collaboration. You bring expertise in your lived experience as an athlete. I bring my expertise in sport psychology and my lived experiences. I take an individualized not one-size-fits-all approach that centers on empathy and values your perspective and input to inform your programming.
